Aspiring to grow as a Ship Broker, Theano recently moved to Dubai from Athens. She garners a few years' experience in the shipping industry from being involved in the operations of products and chemicals, analyzing voyages, and supporting the commercial management team of a Greek ship owner. She has a strong interest in how data and new technologies can transform shipping. She is a top graduate with a BSc in Finance, an MSc in Shipping, and holds a diploma in Tanker Chartering from ICS.

Andrew Paganucci is an experienced Ship Broker, joining Quincannon back in 2013. Andrew, once a part of our headquarter office in New York then went on to assist in opening the first Quincannon office in Dubai. Andrew comes from a strong financial and operations background which has aided him in excelling as a Ship Broker for many years. 

Andrew gained his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.

With a career to date of almost 20 years in vessel operations spanning multiple regions, Jessica now brings this experience to Quincannon Associates. Along with day-to-day operations, her interest in maritime law led her to complete first her ICS professional qualifying exams, then a post-graduate diploma in maritime law with Lloyds Academy and London Metropolitan University, adding to her BA in international management. Jessica provides high quality operational support for our valued counterparties.
