Mark Mirosevic-Sorgo brings over 42 years of experience in the Maritime Industry to Quicannon. 

Mark’s Maritime Industry journey began with his father who was a Shipbroker and arranged a pre-University gap-year position for Mark in Paris as a trainee where he was placed on the gas and chemicals desk. Mark jumped back into shipbroking after attending University, by joining a team of gas brokers in London.  Apart from spot, contracts, and time-charters, Mark also handled S&P, and projects for major LPG and petrochemical companies. 

After 17 years at the desk in London, Mark moved to Asia to which Quincannon Associates became a part of in April 2000.  Mark has been part of the management team, as well as fulfilling his role as a chartering broker. Throughout the years as a broker, he also learned how to read and interpret the clauses of the various Charter Parties, and has been able to assist many clients to prevent and resolve issues. 

In Mark’s free time, he loves spending time with Family and Friends. He has always enjoyed sports, both playing and watching, and he is thrilled to be still playing 11-a-side soccer for the SCC, and 15-a-side rugby for the Wanderers RFC, albeit in the over 40's/35's respectively.

Vincent Low came from 40 years of experience throughout his illustrious career with the Stolt-Nielsen Group.  Vincent then came to bring his extensive Maritime Industry experience to Quincannon Asia Pte Ltd in 2018 as a COO. 

In Vincent's previous roles before Quincannon as head of chartering for Stolt-Nielsen's Deep Sea Fleet based in Singapore, Vincent was responsible for leading a team of in-house shipbrokers in effectively marketing and trading the ships from Far East Westbound. During Vincent’s tenure, he also traded the regional fleet initially when the Regional fleet was first incepted in Singapore. Vincent also spent time (two years) at Stolt-Nielsen's Tanker headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA, and also a year as Stolt-Nielsen's Representative with PNSL ( a joint regional fleet with Malaysian second national shipping company) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These overseas assignments provided valuable experience in cultivating and understanding the regional and global network of activities.

Vincent efforts in identifying and securing high-paying Oleochemicals and delving into the petrochemical business were important milestones that put Stolt-Nielsen's tankers in a profitable and secured position. This model was specialized and sophisticated ships, compared to carrying commodity products. 

Outside of work Vincent enjoys partaking in sailing and all outdoor activities.

Sherren, Ang an Operations Specialist at Quincannon brings over 20 years of experience. Sherren, Ang joined the team back in 2003, in this role she focuses on acting as an intermediary between ship owners and charterers and reviewing, coordinating, and monitoring in order to provide the highest quality guidance to her clients. Sherren, Ang also specialized in managing voyage documentation and industry reporting. 

Prior to Sherren, Ang’s career at Quincannon, Sherren, Ang earned her degree and began working for a Ship Agency in accounting. Sherren, Ang came from a strong background in the financial industry as a financial advisor. Ang's cross-skill set allows her to better be able to understand businesses' internal processes and requirements and to analyze, communicate, and report information in the Maritime Industry. Sherren, Ang then went on to start her Maritime journey working with a shipping agency and shipbuilding company.

Sherren, Ang started to learn 10-Pin Bowling about 8 years ago and strives to progress in this sport to a competitive level.

ANG Wan Kheng brings over 18 years in the Maritime Industry. ANG Wan joined Quincannon in 2009. ANG Wan graduated from Singapore Polytechnic Maritime Transportatio, then joined a dry bulk ship owner company as a trainee working there for four years before embarking on a chemical shipbroking career. 

ANG Wan likes to partake in running, various workouts such as BodyCombat, hot pilates, yoga, HIIT, etc, and traveling.

Chee Chyn Fang brings over 45 years of experience of work in Shipbuilding & Electronics Manufacturing Accounts & Administration. Chee Chyn Fang has a vast knowledge of accounting and import and export knowledge, which Chee Chyn Fang applies to the role as Office Manager. Chee Chyn Fang joined Quincannon in 2010. 

Chee Chyn Fang likes to watch movies in the free time, enjoys meeting friends and partaking in light exercise.

Manuel Gomez has been a Shipbroker with Quincannon since 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in the Maritime Industry. In Manuel’s current role, he focuses on managing contracts and working and developing spot requirements.  

Manuel's previous career experience in Airline Engineering, Petrochemical Surveying, F&B, and as a Ship Owner has given him a unique skill set that he applies to the Maritime Industry. Prior to Manuel’s career at Quincannon, he spent two years at B.E. Moors, and five years at Tatsumi Marine Spore. 

Outside of work, Manuel likes to be in the water scuba diving and learning more about Horology.

B Pradeep Kumar has been with Quincannon for over 15 years, joining in 2007, and has industry experience surpassing 25 years. In Pradeep’s current role, he monitors and ensures the demurrage claims are executed meticulously from the start until the remittance is settled. Pradeep’s vast career began with working for SGS for ten and a half years as a chemical and gas surveyor and six and a half years as a chemical and gas surveyor with Intertek. Pradeep oversaw the loading, discharge, and transshipment operation onboard the ship, as a Field Superintendent.

Pradeep enjoys quality family time.

Darry Lim came from a strong background in Operations and Chartering before joining Quincannon in 2020. Darry’s Maritime journey began at the age of twenty and has been fascinated by the industry ever since. He continues to pursue his passion for the industry and career further at Quincannon.

Nicholas Naden has been a Shipbroker at Quincannon since 2002 and brings over 20 years of experience from the Maritime Industry. Prior to Nicholas joining Quincannon, he was a Cargo Surveyor with SGS and NKKK. Nicholas also did five years with Marsden Marine Pte Ltd and BE Moors Pte Ltd. 

Nicholas is a big sports enthusiast and enjoys a good game.

Born in Singapore and lived part of his life in Australia and the United Kingdom. Andreas moved to Australia pursuing his university studies and graduated with a double major in Business Studies from Curtin University (Perth, Australia). 

Upon return to Singapore, Andreas decided to start his maritime career, having graduated from Singapore Polytechnic (SP) with a Diploma in Maritime Business Management. Armed with academic knowledge and desiring to put it to good practical use, he got a humble start in Ship Management and then moving on to Vessel Operations before joining Quincannon.  

With his experience in dealing with people in the Maritime Industry, Andreas wants to use his experience in shipping operations to act as an intermediary/negotiator between ship-owners and charterers to arrange transportation of goods/commodities by sea. His strong foundational business experience in the shipping industry connects and builds local/international client base. 

While he takes his work seriously, Andreas is also a very passionate sports fan following MotoGP, UFC, AFL, WSBK, F1, Football, Golf etc...  He used to take part in Motorsports track day’s events in Johor Racetrack Circuit and Sepang International Circuit.  

Andreas is also a lifelong practitioner of martial arts, training in gyms in Singapore, Australia, UK & Thailand under top world class coaches (Checkmat BJJ/Fightzone London). Andreas applies what he has learnt in his martial art training in his daily life, approaches every challenge with passion/purpose (which is greater than fear), and unremittingly finding a way to succeed even when everyone doubted him.   

Andreas vision for the coming years with Quincannon is to build relationships with clients by providing transcendent service quality with perseverance, patience and always respecting individual ingenuity.

Mary comes from an accounting and finance background with prior experience as a shipbroker and other maritime industry exposure prior to joining Quincannon. Matt Tan, a Senior Operations Broker joined Quincannon back in 2013. Matt earned his degree from Singapore Polytechnic in 1993 with a Diploma in Nautical Studies. Matt's previous career experience consisted of working as a ship operator/ship operations executive for Eastport Maritime Pte Ltd during the 2000s. From there Matt came to pursue his career as a Senior Operations Broker with strong analytic experience, with an operations skill set.
